1. How We Ship
Peek4Paws is an online pet store that works with a network of trusted suppliers to deliver products directly to your door. This means that once you place an order, it is dispatched from our supplier's warehouse and shipped directly to you — allowing us to offer a wider range of products at competitive prices.
2. Delivery Timeframes
2a. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
2b. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

2d. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
3. Shipping Costs
3a. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
3b. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
4a. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
4b. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update, as there can be a delay between the order leaving the warehouse and the carrier scanning it into their system.
4c. If your tracking information has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at peek4paws@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
5. Customs & Import Duties
5a. For orders outside the UK, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order.
5b. We are unable to predict or control whether customs fees will be applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.
5c. Peek4Paws cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
6a. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at peek4paws@gmail.com and we will investigate with our supplier and carrier.
6b. Orders that cannot be located after a thorough investigation will be treated in accordance with our Refund Policy — you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement where available.
6c. Peek4Paws is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
7. Multiple Items in One Order
7a. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on which supplier each item comes from.
7b. You may therefore receive more than one tracking number for a single order — this is completely normal.
