Overview
At Peek4Paws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we ship products directly from our suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we are committed to making things right and will issue refunds in the situations outlined below.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
Item not received — If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the date of purchase (60 days for remote locations), you are eligible for a full refund.
Item arrived damaged or defective — If your item arrives broken, faulty, or significantly different from what was described on our site, you are eligible for a full refund. We may ask you to provide photos or a short video as evidence.
Wrong item received — If you received an item that does not match your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
Significantly not as described — If the product you received is materially different from the product listing (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, missing features), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [peek4paws@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if the item never arrived).
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence where applicable.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What We Don't Cover
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You simply changed your mind after placing an order
- The item has already been delivered and matches the product description
- The delivery delay is due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control
- Incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
- The 30-day refund request window has passed
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund rather than a full one — for example, if an item arrives with minor cosmetic damage that does not affect its function, or if only part of a multi-item order is affected.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at [peek4paws@gmail.com]. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
